Professional ServicesThe Professional Services Department at Data Dialect consists of three teams - Implementation, Training, and Support. All members of the teams are committed to serving the customer in a timely manner and with complete satisfaction. Data Dialect Implementation ServicesIf you are using a supported LOS, implementation typically involves only 15 hours of Data Dialect resources over a 4-6 week period to analyze, install, configure and test your connection. Actual implementation time from purchase order to a fully operational connection depends on your team's available resources and needs. Commitment from your team is approximately 6 to 10 hours. A non-supported LOS will typically add 5 hours of Data Dialect resources to the base implementation with an additional 2 hours of your resources' time. Data Dialect Training Services1 -2 hours of implementation time is devoted to training your managers and employees on Transmission Wizard. This session is designed to train the trainer so that additional personnel can be coached by your own staff, internal professionals with a grasp of your unique business environment. Data Dialect Technical SupportOur support team helps maintain your Data Dialect data communications software during normal business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday (Federal Holidays excepted) from 7 am Pacific time to 5 pm Pacific time. Support provided outside of the subscription contract/maintenance agreement or technical services that require reconfiguration are billed at our normal rates, with a one-hour minimum charge. Annual Subscription/Maintenance ContractTransmission Wizard™'s annual subscription includes software updates and support during normal business hours. The subscription does not include implementation or configuration charges. First year subscription fees are mandatory. For 2006, the fees are 12.5% of the software value until December 31st. Annual subscriptions thereafter are 25% of the software value. Re-subscribing after the subscription has elapsed costs 75% of the software value.
