Montell Snyder - President, CTO and co-FounderMonty is a leading expert in enterprise analysis and strategic data systems solutions, with more than 10 years of experience in this field. Monty is a dedicated technologist focused on saving his clients time, money and frustration. He believes in building strong relationships with people and organizations, and adhering to high ethical standards. Monty's endeavors also include his ongoing support for non-profit organizations. His accomplishments include introducing and implementing a communications platform with a secure remote login system, for Canvasback Missions, Inc. saving the charity thousands of dollars per contributor. In the Corporate world Monty has worked for Equitrac and ADAC. At Equitrac, Monty ensured the efficient and cost effective delivery of products for nearly 100 ongoing installations, and introduced a unique tracking system to manage customer installations using a single database for all global sales offices. At ADAC, he managed unit, system, and performance testing and all aspects of database reporting. Monty also developed and implemented a reporting system designed to meet business goals and legal compliance objectives. Monty received his BS in Computer Science, from California State University Hayward. He is certified in SQL and Actuate Report Writer. Terry Quan - Director of FinanceTerry helped the U.S. intelligence community build In-Q-Tel, an investment fund for information security and knowledge management technologies. Terry was instrumental not only in building the firm, but helping the firm establish its research department and develop a framework for flexible contracting on investment and development deals. With the Law & Economics Group and Chicago Partners, Terry investigated subsidization and dumping issues, and unfair trade practices in high profile U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission cases. In addition, Terry has worked on many complex litigation cases involving securities and antitrust regulation, and his advisory work covers many different industries. Formerly, Terry was with Bear Stearns & Company. Terry is currently completing his PhD at the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. He has developed courses in Financial Analysis and cases in Financial Statement Analysis and instructed Executive MBA's at the University of Chicago.
